Product Introduction:

PA/PE sintered filter elements (also known as PA filters, PAC filters, and PA decarbonization filters) are made primarily from ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene and carbon fiber, with materials that meet GMP and FDA requirements. Before leaving the factory, each filter element undergoes a bubble uniformity test to ensure an even distribution of micropores.

Product features:

1. The production process does not use adhesives and features broad chemical compatibility. The PA sintered filter element is manufactured through high-temperature sintering based on a scientifically formulated recipe, giving it excellent mechanical performance.

2. The filter element has the same pore size on both the inner and outer surfaces, and its filtration layer is thick, ensuring effective filtration even under high working pressures. The particles in the product are firmly bonded and unlikely to fall off.

3. For the production of large-scale water treatment equipment, either automatic or manual backflushing and slag removal methods can be employed. Solid particle recovery can be achieved through dry slag discharge, eliminating the need for frequent filter cartridge replacements. The system supports automated operation and offers advantages such as low filtration costs.
