Product Overview:

The RHKD quick-opening bag filter is a new type of bag filter with a user-friendly operation and innovative design. It boasts a series of advantages, including a reasonable structure, excellent sealing performance, high pressure resistance, and an aesthetically pleasing appearance.

The main components of the quick-opening bag filter include an upward-flipping top cover, a spring-based gravity balancing mechanism, a handwheel tightening device, a stainless steel tension clamp, a lifting screw rod, a filter housing, and an internal filter bag basket.

Design advantages:

1. By replacing the traditional lifting-ring bolt clamping device with a stainless steel elastic clamp, the opening and closing time of the filter’s top cover has been reduced to less than half a minute—saving 30 to 50 times the operational time compared to conventional bag filters, thereby significantly improving work efficiency.

2. The maximum withstand pressure can reach 1.2 MPa, and the design pressure is more than 20% higher than that of similar products.

3. The spring-loaded gravity-balancing mechanism replaces the traditional hand crank, allowing you to lift and lower the top cover with just one finger.

4. The top cover opens to an angle of 105° and is equipped with a locking mechanism when lowered. A well-designed structure ensures that the filter will not tip over or spill, and that the top cover cannot be inadvertently reattached once it has been lowered.

5. Each filter bag is equipped with a separate locking mechanism to ensure a perfect seal between the filter bag and the filter housing. / 6. If a built-in float ball is used, the filter bags can be easily replaced for better hygiene; the built-in magnetic rod can adsorb metallic particles.

7. Suitable for operating conditions where filter bags are frequently replaced.
