Combined technology:
Hot-melt bonding: Our company employs advanced hot-melt bonding technology to ensure the filter bags achieve the highest level of bond integrity, effectively eliminating leaks. Combined with Sync-Ring technology, this approach expands the application of our filter bags to fields with particularly high demands for filtration accuracy and efficiency.
Seaming: Our company employs extremely meticulous and robust sewing techniques for filter bags, ensuring exceptional sealing performance at the seams. The pure sewing threads used contain no lubricants such as silicone oil, thereby eliminating the issue of secondary contamination commonly found in conventional sewn filter bags.
Processing technology:
The filter bags are made from high-grade filter fabrics in a clean production environment, completely eliminating secondary contamination caused by the inherent impurities of the filter bags themselves. Filter bags made from nonwoven fabrics undergo surface treatments such as singeing and calendering to prevent fiber shedding and subsequent secondary contamination.
